Flights. Book economy to Lutefisk Falls Regional (LTF) at least 21 days in advance. Booking early keeps costs down and gives your CPL time to coordinate arrival with the group. All figures on this page are USD.
Driving. Personal auto is reimbursed at the current IRS published rate, 76¢ per mile as of 1 July 2026, plus tolls, and capped at the 21-day advance economy airfare equivalent. Car rentals are not covered, and food and drink are not covered until you arrive. The form works the rate out from the day you travelled, so it is never a number anyone retypes.
Hotel. Lodging confirmation follows about a week prior. The Casserole Desk's email confirms whether the room is booked centrally or booked by you.
Reimbursement. Travel goes through the standard SSC reimbursement form. That is the new line-item form, not the old one. Mileage on a claim works its own rate out, so it agrees with the rate stated above rather than being retyped from it.
